The VKL-3R load limiter or weighing controller is an equipment used to control the hoisted load in equipments that use steel cable as overhead crane, hoist, elevator, among others.
The equipment receives the signal from the load cell and converts the signal into numbers that are shown on the 4-digit display. This device contains 3 programmable relays in which typical application is motion cut-off for slack rope or overload function.
The material can be fixed by din rail or by screws.
VKL-3R Load Limiter is used in overhead cranes with precision of 0.1% F.E., with 5 power supply options. This equipment has 3 selectable relays for motion cut-off.
It allows connecting up to 4 load cells of 350 Ω. and its installation can be done by means of screws or even DIN rail.
