The forklift hook is a device developed to solve problems of load movement with the help of only one forklift arm. Its hook brings a great versatility of types of cargo to be transported as rocker arms for bigbags and any other type of load that fits in its hook.
The forklift hook requires only one arm of the forklift truck and can therefore be used in conjunction with another similar device depending on the need. Another similar piece is the Double hook for forklift truck.
Forklift hook usage
The forklift hook is designed for use on standard forklift forks and is locked to the fork with its safety bolt locking system. In addition, the forklift hook has carrying handles for easy handling.
Manufacturing and Development
In compliance with current mechanical manufacturing standards, the device is manufactured in structural steel (ASTM A36) and its accessories are made of forged steel. Welds made meet the procedures of AWS D1.1:2015 and undergo visual inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) by liquid penetrant (LP), the standard painting is performed with epoxy paint safety yellow RAL 1003, but we can provide in other colours and painting processes if necessary (consult sales sector). It has capacity information plates made of steel and welded to the structure and a traceability plate made of aluminum, complying with the ABNT NBR 8400, EN 13155, DIN 15402 and NR11 standards.
